Soon, we will expand our portfolio with a villa in the historic center of Mérida, thus reflecting our commitment to innovation and sustained growth.

In Tulum, we have completed the delivery of more than 150 units and have expanded into the property rental business, including a boutique hotel and commercial spaces, which has allowed us to develop mixed projects beyond simple homes. Currently, we are in the construction and delivery phase of 54 villas, scheduled to be completed between May 2024 and March 2025.
Our distinction lies in a comprehensive approach to real estate development. We started by investing in land banks and have evolved into vertical real estate development, also building our own units.
This model has allowed us to exercise complete control over each project, from land acquisition to final delivery, ensuring quality and long-term success through the use of our own resources.
